The guys at Crabtree are great. Came in for an oilchange and they checked everythign else. filled my tires up and provided some recommendations for what i should do about my Tire pressure warning light that is stuck on. Always have a good experience here.Thanks!

I needed to go out of town, but discovered the night before that a headlight was out. I called the next morning and they squeezed me in and fixed the headlight, changed the wiper blades, and put air in the tires as well. All that and I was still able to leave on time. This establishment bends over backward to help out their customers and their prices are reasonable if not great (I haven't gone anywhere else to compare prices - why would I want to?)I highly recommend this business for all car repairs!

On time, work will documented. An opportunity for improvement however. My car dealer in Washington State would always vacuum and wash my car upon completion. I loved that bit of attention. It is a great opportunity to give a hand up to someone with little skills to hold a job.

A totally accidental mis diagnosis cost us a bunch of money. After explaining our thoughts they are making it totally right. It's costing us a bit more money, but I am absolutely happy how stand up they are being. Recommend Crabtree to anybody, and we are customers for life. A bit spendy, but work done right. Clean and friendly too..

I have been taking my car to the dealership for years for maintenance but this month I needed more than just an oil change as my car was approaching 90,000 miles. The dealership quoted me a price, told me they don't have "loaner" cars and I would have to rent a car for at least 2 days. I read reviews about Crabtree and decided to give them a call. I not only saved myself hundreds of dollars but I got personal attention as a customer which I never got before. They loaned me a car, even brought it to me. I was so impressed with the professional and courteous employees who went above and beyond to make the inconvenience of car maintenance a better experience. Thanks Justin, you were great!!

Very thorough, excellent service. Justine explained everything in a professional manner. i was treated courteously.I got a ride with Devin back to the place I needed to be dropped off. He too, was very courteous. My car now runs like a dream.THANK YOU so much for being here, I will be back- hopefully just for routine maintainance!
