Brough my car in for an oil change and inspection. They were very thorough and helpful when explaining the routine maintenance that my car was due for. Front desk staff were great to work with as well, they did a great job on my car. They seem like really honest and genuine people, I'll definitely be back.

We have recently relocated to Albany Oregon from Southern California and I needed some warranty work done on my Porsche from my last repair in Southern California. I was impressed that the warranty company recommend Crabtree Automotive. I called Crabtree made an appointment for the evaluation, gave them the paperwork from the repair shop in Southern California and the company that warranty the work is part of the warranty network up here. Crabtree worked with the warranty companies and everything got fixed and covered by the warranty firm. I also have my Ford Fusion serviced there too. Everyone I met at Crabtree was super to work with and a shout out to Kat is a great Service Manager to work with. John
