As usual, Matt and Justin greeted us with a smile, calling us by name like we're best friends. Justin, the tech, even came out & visited a bit. We were able use a coupon that had expired 2 days earlier. Matt said "We'll make it work", and he did. We were given a loaner car to use because I had another appt to get to. Our car was finished when promised and the total was right at the estimated amount. They are honest and do great work. The personal touch is very important to us, and they definitely have that! Thanks guys for all you do!

Inspection found a nail in one of the tires, and it was suggested I head directly to a tire store and get it repaired. This saved me from being caught out at night or another inconvenient time and place with a flat. Thank you.

The crew at Crabtree automotive was very thorough with diagnosing my vans starting issues and kept in frequent contact with me for updates. I really like how they keep the owner informed of progress made (or not made) and provide options with fixing it. They also give helpful future service needs that possibly could become a problem down the road. They don't replace anything without contacting the owner and providing details with options. Great place and professional service all the way around.
