As always my experience at Crabtree Automotive was excellent!!

very satisfied overall they took care of all the warranty hoops to jump through and fixed everything in a timely manner. the only reason I did not score them a 10 was price. I still had to spend a little more than I wanted to but that's typical with automotive repairs.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They helped me understand what was going on with my car.

I just want to give a heartfelt thanks Crabtree Automotive. They fixed a warranty issue with a bad power window switch for me today. Not only did they get it done fast, they did it for no charge, AND they washed my truck! Albany is lucky to have such a great company in its town. Please give them a try! You'll be glad you did! I am!

I was very pleased with the staff and how they were able to diagnose my diesel truck problem and give me options on how to fix it. Everyone is professional and I would recommend them to anyone. Very pleased with the service and the courtesy shuttle was a great option when you are at work.

Crabtree recently did some work on my Ford Ranger . We discussed what was to done and they gave me an estimate for all the work,they found another issue and called me before doing anymore work .Crabtree provides outstanding customer service.

Always great service from CrabTree. They may be slightly more experience but it's well worth it. They are honest and work with integrity, so you never have to worry about dishonest sales tactics or poor service.
