I had recieved a email setting up my appt, then to confirm, that was great, gowwver when I arrived the tech didnt have my appt. I was disappointed, scheduled one for the next day ,when I inquired about a discount for the mistake tech statwd he would check but didnt think he could, when I went to pay it was covered,. This is why I go here
