We were cheerfully given a ride home while our car was worked on, and the work was completed ahead of time. They replaced our hubcaps for free because a few tabs on one of the original caps were broken off during service.

Responsive, informative...were able to diagnose problem, contact me for authorization to complete work and get the work done when I had dropped off car with only hope of maybe getting it diagnosed so I could get an estimate and be sure you could order parts and complete work in a day. I've never received better auto repair service than with Crabtree Auto Repair today. They replaced two windshield wipers and windshield arms for free and I didn't have to wait at all! They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, they fixed the issue quickly and at no cost.
