The windshield motor on our Buick went out and drained all the fluid on the garage floor. Crabtree scheduled the repair job for Friday. They were kind enough to bring my husband home and pick him up again after the repairs were completed. The repair bill was very reasonable. The crew is very polite and informative.

First time I had to take my car in for service since moving from California. Trusting someone new that will honestly give you the low down on what the problem is is rare. At Crabtree Automotive they knew what I was bringing in the car for, which means they paid attention. Awesome friendly staff. They kept me informed every step of the way and explaining it so I could make an informed decision. I am beyond satisfied with my choice in choosing Crabtree Automotive. On top of it all, since I live in Albany they even brought my car to me, very helpful since I homeschool my youngest. I will definitely bring my other two cars to Crabtree Auto if I have any other car problems or concerns.

Had my first visit to Crabtree Automotive yesterday, and they were so kind and helpful. Did a complete check over of my vehicle, gave me some suggestions on future things to take care of, and fixed my heater and changed the oil! Now I have heat in my pickup!!!! YEAH! The young man that gave me rides to and from the repair shop was a real Gentleman! Opened doors for me and just over all a nice young man! Was very pleased with everyone and the service I received.

I was given the opportunity to make choices about th care of my car and I was provided with detailed information that was easily understood. They answered any and all questions, they were very quick and efficient, and really went above and beyond typical good customer service. They will have my family’s business for years to come.
