Great customer service, always appreciate Justin and Matt's friendly and insightful diagnosis of any car issues. Extremely fair value and appreciate the extra mile Crabtree goes to make we're their number 1 priority. Family friendly car mechanics like this are hard to find, I'd vouch for them any day of the week.

Needed repairs were throughly explained in advance and quote was given. Final cost was lower than expected and the gift bag was a nice touch. Thank you!

Had my first visit to Crabtree Automotive yesterday, and they were so kind and helpful. Did a complete check over of my vehicle, gave me some suggestions on future things to take care of, and fixed my heater and changed the oil! Now I have heat in my pickup!!!! YEAH! The young man that gave me rides to and from the repair shop was a real Gentleman! Opened doors for me and just over all a nice young man! Was very pleased with everyone and the service I received.

I was incredibly pleased with the kind, helpful and professional people at Crabtree Albany. I was given the opportunity to make choices about th care of my car and I was provided with detailed information that was easily understood. They answered any and all questions, they were very quick and efficient, and really went above and beyond typical good customer service. They will have my family’s business for years to come.

I am so impressed with Crabtree Automotive! In August I had to have major work done on my Subaru. They gave me a great quote and stuck to it, providing clear communication about what was going and answering all my questions with a smile and sense of humor. They requested that I bring the car back after 500 miles for a quick check to make sure everything was working the way they expected (and it was).Their place is clean and doesn't smell like old oil . Everyone was polite and it seems like they all like their work which is important to me because I want them to care about the condition of my car and they do. Recently, they even picked up my car and brought it back to me after an oil change. I appreciate the great service !
