Had some routine maintenance done here. They provided more information than I'd ever received from any shop. A bunch of photos, and evidence of what they had done (or planned to do, with my approval). I don't plan to sell this vehicle, but I'd seriously consider using them as my only shop solely because of the records they provide. Being able to provide these records to a prospective buyer would definitely add value. When I was considering what to do and what not to do there was no pressure to make a decision, just "we recommend this, but none of this is urgent". Admittedly a lot of that has to do with what the vehicle needed, but they were honest about it. I recently received an advertising email from them, but it had been a couple of months since visiting and I'd never opted out. This seems like a reasonable timing to me. I'll be moving out of town, but I'm seriously considering driving back to Albany just to continue having Crabtree service my vehicle. It was that good of an experience.
