Very professional and friendly- got a used car I was interested in inspected the same day and did an amazingly thorough job, finding several small but important issues. Wish they were located in my town!

My truck is older, and mostly used to run around the area and letting my dogs ride with me. However, it runs well and the people at Crabtree auto always make sure I'm informed about what is needed and treat me fairly and honestly. I'm so thankful I discovered them when looking for a new place to take my truck. I have recommended them to several of my friends, and know of a few that are now taking their vehicle there too!

They went above and beyond and I am so grateful! After taking my car to two different local repair shops I still had not received a certain diagnosis for car troubles. Crabtree absolutely blew me out of the water and did not stop until not only the issue was located but gave me a detailed repair plan. Incredible value and fantastic customer service! Highly recommend Crabtree Automotive to anyone and will absolutely be returning for any future needs!

Worst experience ever! I received a letter from Crabtree with a voucher for a free oil change, inspection, fluids, tire rotation and much more...after calling and setting up the appointment in which I told them I got the letter from them and wanted to take advantage of it they then made me pay when picking up my vehicle. After calling back and asking what happened and why payment was needed they said the voucher needed to be given to them which was NEVER said at all. I told him when I called to set up the appt the man acted like he saw it in the system that I have a free voucher and he NEVER said I need to bring the voucher. Now I told the man on the phone I could bring the voucher to him and he refuses to accept it and will not honor the free oil change they did....yes on top of all of this all they did was an oil change not everything listed on the voucher.....This is awful of them!! I have always talked so highly after having over $1000 of work done on my car through them...but now I am so disappointed I would never recommend anyone to them. This is not right what they are doing taking advantage of people and not letting me bring the voucher now as the appt was just finished up an hour ago...worst experience ever!!
