Professional and courteous: they listened to what I thought the problem was and let me take the mechanic for a ride to verify the sound I was hearing. The explained all the phases of work to me clearly and what to expect. They called with the list of repairs they needed to perform and an estimate. Pricing is reasonable. They fixed the problem, and gave me a ride to work and picked up my wife when the car was ready. Nice job, keep it up.

By far the only people I truly trust with my subie! I won't even take it into the dealership to get worked on anymore. They know what they are talking about and will sit there and explain it to you and answer all of your questions, no run arounds or trying to screw you over. Easy to get an appointment 6 days before we left on our little vacation. Done in about two hours - we were in town the whole time and didn't even have to come back from home to pick up our truck. We were able to get it on our way home from town!
