The staff at Crabtree Automotive are very friendly and professional. During my oil change they took the time to look at additional items that need to be addressed and provide quotes for the work. They were not pushing anything on me. They offer free shuttle and the driver is the nicest guy ever!

Malfunction light kept coming on over the past several months despite being reset. The staff at Crabtree tracked the problem down and replaced the leak detection pump; tested AOK and now the problem is solved. That's why I keep going back to Crabtree; they track problems down and fix them. Enough said.

Got an appointment right away for LOF and had rotors looked at and adjusted/turned as well. Truck went in at 9am and was done by 1pm. Cost came in about $25 less than I anticipated, which was great!
