Brought in my new 2018 Ram 2500 HD Big Horn to have an inverter installed in my truck so I could run a small chest freezer on a trip to Alaska to fish. The concern they showed to make sure I had the right inverter was above and beyond the call of duty. Once we got the wiring gage and length figured out, they did an outstanding job of installing it. They put heavy duty wire connectors on the battery, a larger that needed fuse to insure no blown fuses, and secured the wire to the undercarriage and up through the bottom of the bed to a plug in the truck bed. They then put in a connector that allows me to disconnect the inverter when I do not need to use it. OUTSTANDING JOB, which is what they ALWAYS do.

My experience with CrabTree Auto has been excellent even with some major repairs. Have not had to take the vehicle back after repairs. An important point is: The mechanic's have very good skills, additionally they know what they don't know as well, they don't tinker!
