The front end staff is extremely knowledgeable, they explain why this needs to be done, and they’re on top of everything from arranging a complimentary ride to the completion of your work. I drive an Audi and their import mechanics are top rate! I travel for a living and they keep me going down the road. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GIVE THEM A TRY! You won’t regret it. ☝️

I love Crabtree so much. When my car broke down they were able to have me tow it to their location and they worked me in despite having a very busy week. I really felt cared for and they handled my car and myself with such care. They were open and honest about what was needed and what could wait. They answered every call with a smile and kindness. Was traveling on vacation with family pulling our camper and had issues with differential. We had the differential rebuilt in Astoria but when we stopped in Albany on our way to California we noticed one of the newly replaced wheel seals was leaking badly. We went to Crabtree first thing in the morning and they quickly worked with previous shop to warranty replace the damaged seal, and also changed our soaked brake pads and cleaned out the gear oil that spewed all over the rear of the truck. During this time we hadn’t gotten a room, luckily they let us disconnect our camper behind the shop so we could rest and have a place for our 5 dogs to be outside. Kat went above and beyond for us and showed her and her team truly care. Would recommend this place for the communication, honestly, knowledge, timely repairs, and hospitality. Thank you all for taking the stress off my plate and getting us on the road again with a safe vehicle.

Crabtree took good care of my Chevy Silverado. They were able to work on my vehicle sooner than expected and diagnosed the problem, inform me of repair options and gain my approval for the repair in a timely manor. I added an oil change to the list of tasks and it was all completed before my appointment date and time.

Addressed everything I asked them to do sent me a full inspection list of everything they found that was wrong. Fix the one thing that I was concerned about didn't pressure me to get anything else fixed. Mike, who works at the counter also kept in contact with me all day. Would recommend and will be going back!

I am very happy with the repair work I had done on my van. I had no idea what was wrong but they fixed it without adding extra things I didn't need. The price for parts was very similar to what my husband found online. I really liked the daily updates on my van. Being kept in the loop was great appreciated.
