I contacted Crabtree Automotive to get a quote on my 2008 Jeep Wrangler. They didn't offer a quote right away, but instead wanted to do a brake inspection to see what work actually needed to be done. It wasn't until after a test drive and an inspection that I was given a diagnosis, along with quotes, and the option to choose what work I wanted to have done. I was treated with respect and everyone I encountered, either by e-mail, over the phone, or in person, was a joy to work with. I will definitely be recommending you guys and be back for any work needed in the future.

I had a great experience I got just an oil change and the wait time wasn’t bad which was nice. The guy who checked me in was very nice. The guy that also checked me out when I was done was very helpful, he answered a question that didn’t have to deal with mechanical problems, he was overall super helpful and a nice guy I believe it was Justin not sure but they’re all super helpful
