My 2007 Ford F150 was missing something awful and the engine light came on. Dropped if off first thing Monday morning without an appointment. They got it diagnosed, fixed (under estimate) and back on the road by Thursday morning. I can't ask for better than that.

I went to start my pickup and discovered that it wouldn't - dead batteries I surmised. I called Crabtree and was able to schedule them to come to my home and retrieve my vehicle mid-morning, jump it and take to their shop to verify. Sure enough - both batteries were DOA. I was given a quote for 2 new batteries and was reminded that the pickup was due for an oil change. I authorized them to replace the batteries and change the oil. My vehicle with new batteries and a fresh oil change was delivered back to me in the afternoon. As usual I received a detailed summary of the work done, the tech who did it and breakdown of costs. Kudos to Justin who kept me informed during the day by phone. He is friendly and professional as are all the folks at Crabtree. All in all - Good Stuff! 5 star treatment all the way around.

Crabtree was my BEST EVER experience at an auto repair shop, and I'm not a young person! I don't know the results of the work done on my car, as it was basically maintenance, but the way I was treated was phenomenal. The guys in the shop are friendly, polite, kind, and funny. I was shuttled home after I dropped off the car, and I didn't even have to make a second trip--especially important to me right now with the pandemic--my car was delivered to my garage, as requested! I had been looking for an honorable mechanic, and a friend told me that Crabtree has been good to him. Same here!
