We have taken multiple vehicles to Crabtree. The employees are very friendly and fantastic to work with and always know who we are when we walk in. When we took a new vehicle in, they were able to work with our car's extended warranty and handled any issues directly. We were kept in the loop and always informed of where they were at in the process with any work. We will continue to take our vehicles to them for any maintenance.

They were honest about everything and no sigh pressure extra sales. They let you know what is wrong and what they may recommend and you approve only the repairs you want done. They’re very professional and my car runs way better since it was repaired and they back up their repairs with a nationwide warranty. I will be returning if there’s any repairs that I can’t do myself. I recommend them over the dealerships. Every time I’ve been to a dealership in the past they have tried to sell snake oil remedies. Crabtree automotive is not like that.

Some of the best help I've gotten with cars. Everybody I interacted with was helpful, calm, and explained the whole process carefully, waiting to make sure I understood before continuing. Being able to view each process as it happened online allowed me to make informed decisions and feel up to date every time they called. 10/10.

Great service! I am not from the area and quickly had to pick a shop just based off the Google reviews and I’m glad I trusted them and went with Crabtree Automotive. The same person handled my service from start to finish and they were very cheerful and happy to help. They were prompt and gave me updates often, so I was always in the loop. Pricing seemed reasonable. Would definitely have my car serviced here again or recommend them to a friend!

Never a bad experience here. The front end crew are helpful at explaining what the inspection found. They're very good at following through on scheduling and often can be very helpful on tight timelines if need be. Great shop.
