In my 79 years, I have owned 87 or so cars. They ranged from my first, a 1949 Crosley to my present Mazda CX-9. In between there were many at least one of every American make except Cadillac along with Jags, Austin Healeys, MGs, Miatas and Bimmers. So I am a car guy. When I went to check out Crabtree Automotive I was very impressed. So I took my Mazda CX-9 there for her annual physical. They are the best I have ever experienced. Not the cheapest, but the most thorough, pleasant and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them for those who care about their vehicles.

The employees are always friendly & knowledgeable. They do their best to get the repairs/maintenance done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Crabtree Automotive!

I had a good experience with Crabtree Automotive. I had my 2018 Ford F150 in for an issue with the front left wheel hub. I appreciated that Crabtree worked with me until the issue was resolved and I felt that they took good care of me and charged a fair price. They even went through extra effort to get my truck finished up and back to me when the parts for the repair came in late in the day. Also, when a set of my keys was left behind at the shop, their shuttle service brought them out and delivered them to my house the next day. Crabtree Automotive is not a place for bargain hunters, but they are knowledgeable, professional, hardworking and customer focused.

Absolutely, will not come here again. Husband took his truck here and they were supposed to diagnose the problem. All they said is it looks like it's the transmission and charged him over $160. They weren't sure exactly... uhhh, we already knew it was something to do with the transmission.

Excellent service, all around, from they way you are treated on the phone, to walking in the door, to getting a ride back to work. Everyone is friendly (do they have bad days at Crabtree?), and exceptional value. They aren't the least expensive in town, but I feel I get my dollar's worth.

I wouldn't take my vehicle to anyone else. They are great at what they do and worth what they charge. Highly recommend.
