I had a good experience with Crabtree Automotive. I had my 2018 Ford F150 in for an issue with the front left wheel hub. I appreciated that Crabtree worked with me until the issue was resolved and I felt that they took good care of me and charged a fair price. They even went through extra effort to get my truck finished up and back to me when the parts for the repair came in late in the day. Also, when a set of my keys was left behind at the shop, their shuttle service brought them out and delivered them to my house the next day. Crabtree Automotive is not a place for bargain hunters, but they are knowledgeable, professional, hardworking and customer focused.

Absolutely, will not come here again. Husband took his truck here and they were supposed to diagnose the problem. All they said is it looks like it's the transmission and charged him over $160. They weren't sure exactly... uhhh, we already knew it was something to do with the transmission.

Excellent service, all around, from they way you are treated on the phone, to walking in the door, to getting a ride back to work. Everyone is friendly (do they have bad days at Crabtree?), and exceptional value. They aren't the least expensive in town, but I feel I get my dollar's worth.

I wouldn't take my vehicle to anyone else. They are great at what they do and worth what they charge. Highly recommend.

My Ram 1500 stalled on the freeway on a 2400 mile trip to Texas. Had it towed to Crabtree and within a couple hours they called with the diagnosis. Two days to get Ram parts, drop the transmission and have it running again. The staff is very helpful and shuttled us and our dog to a motel. Very professional staff kept me informed of their progress. Highly recommend them if need repairs in Albany area.

Quick and fantastic service. Even when giving bad news they are professional and caring. Have come here several times and even after moving to Corvallis am still going to use them as my primary mechanic.

They refused to use the transmission that Could be delivered directly to them that I purchased from a supplier that they use. I never would even have the part in my possession. They refuse to do this because they can no longer mark up the part! I am with out words on how I feel about businesses that try to gouge financially like this. Where else in the bill will they price gouge me? They may do great work but I’m not willing to find out.
