They have been in business for forty years, but have kept up to date with technology and amenities. They offer shuttle services, loaner cars, an online maintenance report with pictures, and top notch customer service. Their pricing appears to be fair, even with the added overhead they surely have with their amenities.

Brought my 91 miata in on May 17th for a fuel injector issue. A couple weeks later they call me to say it’s ready to drive yet it needs more diagnostics done. They charged me hundreds of dollars and it still ran nearly the same as when I dropped it off originally. They gave me a couple recommendations on what to replace, so I replaced them. Nothing changed so I call again to bring it back on June 7th. On July 13th I see my car sitting in their parking lot while they’re open so I go in and ask why they aren’t working on it. They come up with some bs excuses but tell me it’s running better and they’re finally able to drive it without stalling out. So I take it for a drive.. and of course it stalls out at every stop light. At that point I ask for my keys back and got it towed elsewhere. I am highly disappointed in such a “reputable” shop and will never be taking my car there again.

We always do our best to get every car back to running their absolute best, Trenton, so we're sincerely sorry that your '91 Miata was continuing to have issues with stalling. When customers first work on their cars before bringing them in there is often more diagnostics needed. Your car had a lot of new parts when you brought it in including a fuel injector that was filling the crank case full of fuel. Our mechanics always do their best to get the diagnosis right and repaired the first time, but often times we have to start with the biggest known problem before we can continue to diagnose other problems. That said, we truly do hope you're able to get that problem fixed. As far as the timeline is concerned we are usually 2-3 weeks book up. I have an ‘04 wrangler, trips to the mechanic are never good time but Kat was awesome, she did a great job explaining things and showed empathy for my wallet. The work appears top notch and my Jeep is forever grateful. When needed, I’ll go back as they felt very trustworthy.

I recently took my BMW into Crabtree Auto. The service and friendly front office staff were great. And I found out -- trustworthy. They could have sold me a part for my car I didn't need but their evaluation told me that all was working well after doing some tests on my car. Needless to say I will be taking my car there in the future for all its mechanical needs. Very grateful for Crabtree Auto.
