Excellent customer service,quality work at a great price!

I have an ‘04 wrangler, trips to the mechanic are never good time but Kat was awesome, she did a great job explaining things and showed empathy for my wallet. The work appears top notch and my Jeep is forever grateful. When needed, I’ll go back as they felt very trustworthy.

I recently took my BMW into Crabtree Auto. The service and friendly front office staff were great. And I found out -- trustworthy. They could have sold me a part for my car I didn't need but their evaluation told me that all was working well after doing some tests on my car. Needless to say I will be taking my car there in the future for all its mechanical needs. Very grateful for Crabtree Auto.

They were very nice very helpful welcoming offered to drop me off at home and pick me up to bring me there to get my vehicle back I really appreciated that and just all around kind and not overcharging which is really great I was worried that it was going to end up being a really costly service but it wasn't was actually extremely affordable and I definitely will be going back to them for my future vehicular repair needs
