My diesel truck had a check engine light come on while traveling from Washington to California. On a late Friday afternoon, Kat and Justin found a way to squeeze me in and find the issue/get parts ordered. By The next business day I was back on the road! I cannot explain how amazing they were throughout the process. I would highly recommend them and their team.

Kat, Eric and Cori were all fantastic - everything good customer service should be: kind, knowledgeable and professional. All of my questions were answered. Even though these repairs were a work-in and unexpected, they were able to work me in and complete the work in a timely manner which was much appreciated. The shuttle service is appreciated too. My battery finally gave up when it got cold. I jumped it to get to work then called Crabtree. They came to me, took my truck, replaced the battery, and brought it back all while I was at work.

Everyone there is Professional and Friendly. Lots of things were going on with my truck. I had a few questions, and Kat answered in layman's terms so I could understand. I really appreciate that. When I got the bill, everything was listed by sections of the engine. Some places don't do that. You get a bill with unreadable hen scratch written on a paper. Oh, and get this.... They washed and vacuumed my truck before giving it back to me... How nice is that !! Crabtree Auto has my business from now .
