I brought in my car for an estimate on repairs for a radiator. Their estimates were vastly overpriced compared to other mechanics. In addition, I found their customer service style inauthentic and lacking in attention to details. Rather than give you straight talk, they offer unhelpful and incincere flattery. All in all, a deeply disappointing experience.
