Everyone there is Professional and Friendly. Lots of things were going on with my truck. I had a few questions, and Kat answered in layman's terms so I could understand. I really appreciate that. When I got the bill, everything was listed by sections of the engine. Some places don't do that. You get a bill with unreadable hen scratch written on a paper. Oh, and get this.... They washed and vacuumed my truck before giving it back to me... How nice is that !! Crabtree Auto has my business from now .

Update: 12/21 the transfer case was causing some horrible noise and I also has some electrical work (mirror switch replaced), interior door handle replaced, and some time up work done. The transfer case needed to be replaced, as it was the original from 1995. One was ordered. A few weeks later, all the work was completed and I then had a hard shifting issue and horrible noise while driving. I was unable to shift into 4H while driving, which I could do before the replacement of the transfer case. In order to shift into 4WD, I had to come to a complete stop. All other work completed without any issues and the door handle and mirror switch work as expected. Fuel filter was replaced and had spark plugs replaced. Pickup runs much smoother. After diagnosis of the hard shift issue and 4WD problem, I found out the wrong transfer case was ordered and installed. Waiting for the replacement to arrive and get installed. They are a great business and will make it right.

Tried several days to make an appointment to bring my vehicle in for repairs and told they would call me back. All I heard from them was " Crickets " Have taken my business elsewhere.

My car started shaking badly on way home from work. Saw that a tire had a bulge in it. Called Crabtree that night and they said that was not safe and worked me in the very next morning to put new tires on!

These folks are in it to win it; They care about how i feel about their service and it shows. They have worked me in when they are slammed and they know how important i know my car is: it carries my wife and my grandkids so only the best will do. I recently visited Crabtree Auto for repairs to my daughter's 3007 VW Passat. It had overheating issues that when taken to a German car repair shop in Corvallis, was not fixed. I explained the issues to Eric (Crabtree) at the counter, and made arrangements for the car to be looked at. He got back to me within a short time with a diagnosis and estimate for that repair. After approving the work, it was done on schedule, even though I asked them to do some other stuff as well. The total cost was under the estimate and the repairs made the car drive like a lil champ again! Thank you to the crew at Crabtree! I would definitely recommend this shop for future repairs/maintenance.
