Broke down on a road trip and Crabtree took such good care of us. Diagnosis the issuing and getting the service done as fast as possible with complete transparency. Even provided us a loaner vehicle to get around for the night as we had to stay a night for morning repairs to be completed. Highly Recommend using Crabtree Automotive.

They put the wrong oil into my engine, didn't clean the battery nubs, over tightened my tires and didn't refill fluids at all. Manager at first apologized and then asked me to leave when I tried to explain why I was frustrated. Got a partial refund but spent waaay too many years here for how much I paid and how little they did. They used to have nicer people at the desk too. They care more about reputation than doing a good job. I am taking my business to Corvallis.

I've been using their services for years. They are professional, knowledgeable, and I know that I can trust what they tell me about my vehicle. Their prices are very reasonable too! I highly recommend them to others, looking for an independent auto maintenance and repair shop.
