As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted and made to feel welcomed. Fantastic customer service! Proper work done to my vehicle. I was given a list of things to be done to my car in the order of urgency. No pressure was given and nothing extra was added to my bill unnecessarily. I like that I can get things done at my convenience. Best mechanic service I've ever had . Will be returning soon!

My diesel truck had a check engine light come on while traveling from Washington to California. On a late Friday afternoon, Kat and Justin found a way to squeeze me in and find the issue/get parts ordered. By The next business day I was back on the road! I cannot explain how amazing they were throughout the process. I would highly recommend them and their team.

Kat, Eric and Cori were all fantastic - everything good customer service should be: kind, knowledgeable and professional. All of my questions were answered. Even though these repairs were a work-in and unexpected, they were able to work me in and complete the work in a timely manner which was much appreciated. The shuttle service is appreciated too. My battery finally gave up when it got cold. I jumped it to get to work then called Crabtree. They came to me, took my truck, replaced the battery, and brought it back all while I was at work.
