"Confused but happy" I love coming to Crabtree for my van's maintenance because I always get great service and the people there are wonderful to work with. This last time however, I got a very confusing message on my dashboard when I got it back from having its oil changed. It keeps saying "Change Engine Oil" for about 30 secs to 1 min and then it goes off. I have to wonder what is causing it to happen as it didn't do this before the oil was changed. Other than that, I will always come back!

"Honesty Is Key" From the day I first went to Crabtree Auto, to ask questions to see if I would use them for my vehicle services, I sensed an aura of honesty. I also felt, from day one, that I was part of a family. I have never felt this way, or been treated like this from any other vehicle service center I have used. "97' T-bird" The best & most honest repair shop I have found in over 40 Yrs. My Thunderbird is even faster now. Runs, drives & rides like new again! Very happy with Crabtree Auto.

Spoke with Virginia. She said they are incredible. They provide good service. She said she loves them to pieces. They are wonderful. If she could advertise them on a billboard she would.

"first timer" First impressions / First experiences are important-- All firsts with Crabtree Mechanical were a 5-star rating. Friendly, honestly, understand that we all appreciate a "a penny saved is a penny earned" without compromising quality or customer service.

"In writing" I like to get the checklist. It is helpful to know what else is found. Then to be informed if I can wait to fix it, or need to do it now.

"Personalized service" Crabtree always keeps my car running without charging an arm and a leg.
