"Transmision Replaced" Our Astro Van's Tranny was going out. After many I have friend who can....I was recommended by our neighbor to give Crabtree a call. So, I did...talk about professional....they were the only place to run VIN numbers to confirm exact transmission, the only place to give me 3 differnt options and after I chose a option I received a phone call back saying they could save 100 dollars and I would have a better warranty! Wow! Thanks Crabtree!

"Honesty and fairness" I have not been disappointed by the decision to start bringing my truck to Crabtree Automotive. They go over everything with you before performing any repairs, if something that you want done does not need to be done, they tell you, and explain why. The staff know me by first name!!!!! I have never had a business do that. As far as I am concerned, they can do no wrong.

"Utmost confidence & quality work" We always feel the job will get completed correctly when we take our vehicles to Crabtree. The entire staff is skilled at listening to our concerns, no matter how small and get the work done the way we want.

"Treat customers with courtesy and respect; always stand behind their work" I didn't give you a 5 this time as I felt the service was rushed. One of the services that was to be included in the FREE check up wasn't done because a hoist needed to be used and there wasn't time. Yet, I had planned to leave the vehicle all day if needed. It appeared that the business was over-booked that day?
