I was disappointed because they no longer work on older vehicles even though they are the ones who worked on my older vehicles a few times

Excellent customer service & quality work performed!

The check engine light appeared on our truck, the diagnosis was with the DEF tank sensors. Crabtree Automotive got our truck in, they found that more parts were required than originally thought telling us they’d need to keep it a few days longer. Our plans were to leave town the next day. They pulled together, called in some favors and got our truck repaired so that we were able to leave town as planned. We highly recommend Crabtree Automotive!

Great place! I have a hard time trusting auto shops because I’ve been manipulated before, and I’m so glad Les Schwab recommended them. Prices are on the higher side, but service is amazing! They sent me a thank you card with a stamp card AND a free 3k maintenance coupon after my service. Thank you!
