"Small Town, Home Town Service, Again." Ok, where to start. NEVER, have I gotten the type of service from an automotive repair service, that I have received from Crabtree Automotive. People of Albany and surrounding areas, if you are not using Crabtree Automotive for all your automotive needs, you ARE missing out. The new alternator on Rebecca's Mitsubishi went out the other night, and Crabtree got her in very quickly and determined it was a faulty alternator. Needless to say, they replaced it without charge, living up to their warranty promise. You folks are tops in my book, and will always be the "doctors" for all of my autos. We bought a used car from a family member. They had a continuing problem with the vehicle that they could never fix. When the problem occurred again after WE bought it, we took it to Crabtree Automotive and they were extremely professional - identified the problem, did the repair with original parts and guaranteed their work. The entire repair was done at a cost LESS than I was quoted by other servicers for the price of the part alone! Crabtree Automotive - you have MY business

"Efficiency" The afternoon shuttle driver could stand a bit more familiarity with her driving area ... or a GPS. Although I'm told she is new on the job, so I'll cut her some slack. Overall, the employees seem to be sharp, polite efficient and trustworthy. Thus, a 5 star rating.
