Jim said he likes the business and he has been a big supporter of the business. The business is honest and fixed his vehicle. He stated he was happy.

Gale said he was very pleased with the visit. He said he put a part on his vehicle, and for a year he could not find out what was wrong with his vehicle. The business found out that there was a defective small part on his vehicle that had to do with his brakes and they fixed it. This was his second visit to the business. He has been recommending them and he will be taking his vehicle back.

"Superb Service" Crabtree Auto is the ONLY place I will take my car for service and repair. The staff is professional, very thorough, and has the knowledge to keep the car in good repair all the time. I know that with their care, I can depend that my car will take me wherever I want to go safely. Their friendliness and good customer servics is so valuable to me.

"D.M.Darr" If it's broke these folks WILL fix it. When nobody else seems to have a clue, these people DO. In short, this is an honest, no b/s auto repair shop. Unfortunately I had to learn this the hard way. In the last 38 years I have been to almost every auto repair shop there is in the Alb./ Corv. area. Wish I had found this place sooner. Could have saved a LOT of $ over the Yrs.

"Small Town, Home Town Service, Again." Ok, where to start. NEVER, have I gotten the type of service from an automotive repair service, that I have received from Crabtree Automotive. People of Albany and surrounding areas, if you are not using Crabtree Automotive for all your automotive needs, you ARE missing out. The new alternator on Rebecca's Mitsubishi went out the other night, and Crabtree got her in very quickly and determined it was a faulty alternator. Needless to say, they replaced it without charge, living up to their warranty promise. You folks are tops in my book, and will always be the "doctors" for all of my autos.
