Justin greeted us like old friends and we instantly felt like home as well as we knew we were going to get above average service. I had asked for Crabtree to go out of their way to accomodate me and they sure did. When we returned for the car, Rhonda also gave us a warm welcome and processed our paperwork with the utmost efficiency. And went out of her way when we asked for a favor. We had driven around Albany and were fantisizing about living there, we truly like the feel of the city and are looking for a place that we can retire. As we drove around pointing out places that we already do business, my husbands comment was: Well, we know we already have an auto mechanic down here!
