It was a professional and pleasing experience, I will be back, but I didn't like how much I was charged. On top of that the replaced part was not shown to me so I could see what I paid for was actually done.

Justin greeted us like old friends and we instantly felt like home as well as we knew we were going to get above average service. I had asked for Crabtree to go out of their way to accomodate me and they sure did. When we returned for the car, Rhonda also gave us a warm welcome and processed our paperwork with the utmost efficiency. And went out of her way when we asked for a favor. We had driven around Albany and were fantisizing about living there, we truly like the feel of the city and are looking for a place that we can retire. As we drove around pointing out places that we already do business, my husbands comment was: Well, we know we already have an auto mechanic down here! Having gotten a referral from AAA, we were appreciative of how Crabtree Automotive exceeded our expectations by at least 200%.

Whenever I bring one of my two Jaguars in for routine service, or special repairs, I feel confident that Crabtree technicians will give me their best efforts. I'm not always ready to spend more money fixing problems that they recommend need attention, but I trust their honesty. Their front office staff are always friendly and polite. I think their prices are fair and reasonable.

"Honest and reliable" I have never really found an automotive center to be honest and reliable. They do awesome work and they get it done quickly so you have your car back quickly.

Crab tree is the best automotive service place. They do amazing job and very affordable .
