Very friendly. I trust their work. They try to do repairs as quickly as possible. Would recommend very highly.

Courteous and willing to help, as always. When something didn't work they took it right back in the shop and fixed it. No excuses, they simply apologized for any inconvenience.

"Sebring Service" Took my wife's Sebring in for an oil change and transmission flush. Also had a complete check up for an upcoming trip. Great! We'd driven over from Newport on a hot day and the front brakes partially seized making it impossible to safely go more that short distances. We tried Les Schwab and the Ford dealers in Albany and Corvallis - none could get us in. Crabtree worked us into their schedule, replaced the calipers, rotors and brake pads in the 1-1/2 hours before shop closing and got us safely on our way. The folks went out of their way to be friendly helpful to us and to the other customers we saw as we waited. They even loaned us a car so we could finish our errands and recommend Pizz'amore for Calzones to take home for dinner. Under the circumstances a great experience all the way around.
