"Throttle Box""January Throttle Box Check" Thank you.Was not happy that when the throttle box was checked the first time that it wasn't taken care of at that point. I was going to have make another appt to come in and keep driving in fear that the accelerator would just stick. I had to ask that it be done before I picked it up, and then was charged twice for it.

Crabtree Automotive was very, efficient in their diagnosis. It was timely and right on. Communication was very good, Calls were made before repairs took place, Couldn't ask for a better auto repair business. Personel were always friendly and always explained details. Thanks Crabtree Automotive. Your the greatest.

"Honest, professional and very kind." I am quite pleased with the service I received. I think honesty and kindness go a long way and you top that off with super professionalism then you've got me as a client for life. They took excellent care of my car even when I wasn't able to pick it up right away. They broke things down in a way I could understand. They presented all the things I need to have done but weren't overly suggestive to do them all right now. They broke it down to what I needed to do now and what could wait a month or so. I was very pleased and I will return to Crabtree Automotive.
