"Another Satisfied Customer" I was assisted by a very friendly staff who accommodated my busy schedule. They total invoice came in a few bucks under their estimate and the work was completed on time.

"friendly" The staff is always friendly. I have always thought of them as being honest and looking out for the customer.

"detailed information" Trust is very important to me, just because I am an older woman does not mean I am not smart enough to understand what is going on, I appreciate the time that is given to explain what the problem is.

Spoke with Annette. She said they do good work at this business.

Shirley said she has gone to this business for a long time and trusts what they do.

"Very thorough and not pushy in the least" It was a pleasant experience even though it was an expensive job. I knew that going in but it turned out to be less than I expected.
