"friendly" The staff is always friendly. I have always thought of them as being honest and looking out for the customer.

"detailed information" Trust is very important to me, just because I am an older woman does not mean I am not smart enough to understand what is going on, I appreciate the time that is given to explain what the problem is.

"Throttle Box""January Throttle Box Check" Thank you.Was not happy that when the throttle box was checked the first time that it wasn't taken care of at that point. I was going to have make another appt to come in and keep driving in fear that the accelerator would just stick. I had to ask that it be done before I picked it up, and then was charged twice for it.

Crabtree Automotive was very, efficient in their diagnosis. It was timely and right on. Communication was very good, Calls were made before repairs took place, Couldn't ask for a better auto repair business. Personel were always friendly and always explained details.
