I'm a retired older man with lots of experience with automotive repair shops dealerships and garages in a few different States, but never have I felt so comfortable as I do with Crabtree Automotive. Problems with my 2012 Nissan Maxima been taken care of with courtesy, professionalism and technician efficiency, and on two occasions I expected to have to pay much more than was charged. We brought our new-to-us Suburban to Crabtree after noticing it was making a funny noise, and the other two places we had taken it couldn't get it to stop. Upon driving it, Devon knew exactly what was going on. While they were doing an oil change, they noticed some items that needed attention. I was given a list of the items with a description of the item, the price, and a handwritten note about which was a safety issue, and which was something to keep an eye on. The best part about going to Crabtree...they treat me like a friend, call me by name as I enter; and Justin and Rhonda answer a million questions with a simile :)

"Dan D." New brakes are defiantly a GOOD thing. I didn't realize how bad they were until they were fixed. It's not unrealistic to say these people can save lives. Plus it cost less than expected. That's TWO good things :<)
