We brought our new-to-us Suburban to Crabtree after noticing it was making a funny noise, and the other two places we had taken it couldn't get it to stop. Upon driving it, Devon knew exactly what was going on. While they were doing an oil change, they noticed some items that needed attention. I was given a list of the items with a description of the item, the price, and a handwritten note about which was a safety issue, and which was something to keep an eye on. The best part about going to Crabtree...they treat me like a friend, call me by name as I enter; and Justin and Rhonda answer a million questions with a simile :)

Georgia said this business quoted her a price of $250 to $300 for the work but it ended up being quite a bit higher than the quote. Because of that, she would not recommend them to others.
