Just wanted to express my appreciation to Crabtree Automotive for their excellent service! My 12-year old car recently developed brake problems that proved to be difficult to diagnose. When the first brake adjustment did not completely take care of the problem, the shop continued to work on the brakes at no charge to me.Crabtree Automotive cheerfully shuttled me back and forth to my home several times. They even brought the shop foreman along at one point so he could test-drive my car into the shop. When the repairs were completed, they delivered my car to my home (!) and even gave me a complimentary oil change! The brakes are now working just fineEach time I visit Crabtree Automotive I am so impressed with their professionalism, courtesy and friendliness. The other car repair businesses I have used in the past don't even come close! Many thanks to Tim, Justin, Rhonda, Devon and the entire crew!

This place is amazing. We broke down right before I-5 in Albany and AAA towed us here after my husband talked to a rep on the phone who was so helpful and reassuring. The other place we called in town had no interest in our business, or at least they acted like it. When we got to Crabtree, they were very nice and super helpful. The owner drove us to downtown Albany and pointed out sights and restaurants we might want to check out while they were fixing our car! They texted promptly with the diagnosis and price. Because my husband and I are uber checkers, he called our dealership in Tacoma to compare - they quoted us a price nearly 300 dollars over what Crabtree was proposing! When the car was ready (they fixed it in less than 3 hours and earlier than they said they would) they picked us up from the downtown furniture store where we were enjoying the unique architecture, brought us back, and sent us on our way. I couldn't believe how great the owner and the whole team was. The place they run is so nice, clean, and reassuring. I wish they had a Tacoma branch because I would never take my car anywhere else. They turned what could have been a really annoying experience into a reaffirming insight into small-town America. Crabtree Automotive: They Give A Shit.
