On 9/29/22 I had all of the fluids changed in my 2010 Jeep Liberty - Mileage was 96735. On 6/8/23, I had additional hvac work completed. At that time, the service tech sent the results of an inspection that he performed to my messages. Current mileage is 99697. He pointed out: transmission fluid condition getting dark, serviced last year: Power steering fluid condition getting dark serviced last year: Brake fluid condition is getting dark serviced last year: rear differential fluid - finding getting dark serviced last year. I find it very concerning that in 3000 miles the fluids would have deteriorated to the point that the technician indicated that it "requires immediate attention" per his inspection. I was told by customer service that they checked with the technician and that the fluids were OK. Which makes me wonder why is it OK now, but required immediate attention earlier????

This is the best automotive experience I’ve ever had. They really have your back and go above and beyond to help you. I was in an accident the day I picked my vehicle up from Crabtree after oil change. After the collision place did their thing, I picked up my now rough running vehicle. Drove it to Crabtree, the guys insurance company( the one who hit me) wanted me to go back to the collision place. I refused. Crabtree called the insurance company on my behalf to help me be in my quest to have the insurance company pay for repairs at Crabtree. And to make it clear my vehicle left the Crabtree repair shop in good running order the day of the accident. Since moving to Albany, Crabtree has been and will continue to be my automotive repair shop choice! Cheers!

Received an email reminding me that my smart car was due for an maintenance inspection. Easy drop off, a text later and she was ready. Wonderful people and service.

I would like to highly recommend Crabtree Automotive. My sister was having problems with her 2004 Ford Expedition and had been to a different mechanic and they couldn't find a problem. She had it towed to Crabtree Automotive and they took their time and was finally able to reproduce the problem so she wouldn't have no more issues with that. Kat was awesome as she led both my sister and I through the process and let us know what was going on. Great service and repair! thank you for helping my sister.

Friendly service. Answer before the phone rings once. Quick to get me estimate and had shuttle to drop me off while they fixed my problem. Estimate seemed about fair from what I saw in comparison and its professional shop and not some guys garage you heard about from a bud. Excellent service people at front desk

Excellent customer service. In need of brake replacement and shared the challenge of dropping the vehicle off. Not a problem, a vehicle was waiting for me at drop off. Communication was clear regarding cost and time. I have renewed hope that customer service exists in 2023! Thank you.

Miss diagnosed a faulty part cost me $1500 later had to fix it myself...

Hey John, We are sorry that your truck has still been giving you trouble. Issues like these are difficult to deal with. When the truck was towed in to us we diagnosed it as a bad fuel pump. Once replaced we tested and drove the truck without issue. We understand you found the fuel pump relay to now be faulty. It’s unfortunate that happened. At the time of the pump replacement that relay was not faulty as it would not have ran even with a new fuel pump if the relay had been bad, also we did specifically test the relay for power at the fuel pump connector since that would have saved you money and our busy technicians time.
