Great sense of urgency, thus quick service. They don't press the issue on things you can't afford/will do later, and there is financial help available on site. I will be a return customer for sure!

On the recommendation of the tow truck driver, we had our '01 Sienna taken to Crabtree in Albany Oregon. The owner, Paula, greeted us as if we were long time customers, making us comfortable, and glad we had come here. All the staff were solicitous of our comfort, our needs, and explained everything in enough detail that we understood their plan of action to get us back on the road. The charges for what they did were very reasonable, (less that expected). It was one of the better experiences that I've had with repair shops, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs maintenance or repairs to their vehicle.,

We brought our car in to have troubleshooting done for an electrical problem. We had been quoted almost $500 for repairs elsewhere, but we were not sure the problem the other shop diagnosed was really the issue. Crabtree's Justin tracked down the problem. It was a simple fix and we were only charged the $99 diagnostic fee. In addition, Justin went out of his way and took a photo of the problem so we could take this issue up with the other shop where some necessary steps had been ignored. We were able to use the photo to obtain a partial refund on that work. Crabtree's thorough exam and work saved us several hundred dollars and we are very happy with the result. We will be using Crabree Automotive from here on for our car problems. Thank you!

I love Crabtree! Rhonda and Justin and the rest of the crew there are always there to help me. They help me figure out how to get my car serviced and are honest about what needs immediate repair versus what can wait. The biggest plus? My 2002 Ford runs beautifully with their care.
