Always honest, ,polite and I feel like I am heard when I voice my concerns. Not just a "stupid woman" without a clue. I love that there are always discounts available and the reports that they give, makes it much easier to plan my budget around what needs doing.

Taking our Jeep Wrangler on a long distance trip; over 2,500 miles. The vehicle has been virtually problem free since owned 8 yrs. now. Had staff check it out and a number of problems were found that could have been disastrous on our trip; leaking water pump, worn out ball joints, etc. Had everything repaired and we can now travel in confidence that our vehicle has been repaired and checked out by competent staff. Been taking at least 6 family cars & pickups to Crabtree for over 15 years and have never been dissatisfied with their service; a great family owned and operated business.
