Took the truck in for an oil and fuel filter change. As always, top notch work in a reasonable time. I had forgotten that I wanted to have the after market air filter cleaned and they called to tell me that the filter was in need of cleaning and asked if I wanted it done, saved me from having to take it back in. Now, let's talk about integrity.......I asked Devin if I could talk with him about something I was going to have done after my wife's car was paid off and he, as always, came out of his office and took the time to talk with me. I told him I was planning on re-financing my 2003 Dodge 1 ton diesel (it is paid off) to have it re-painted, new upholstery, new top part of the dashboard, and asked him his opinion on having the engine and transmission completely redone. Now that could have been a good amount of work and cost, but Devin mentioned that with my engine only having about 120,000 miles on it, it had a long time to go with proper maintenance. He also said with the regular maintenance being performed on the transmission there would be no need to rebuild or replace either. He did make suggestions about checking out U-Joints, shocks, etc. This is the type of integrity Crabtree is known for, and the reason I trust their judgment emphatically. Can't go wrong with making them your car's primary care car doctors. Pat Q.
Pat, thank you so much for those kind words. We would love it if all people walked away with the same experience and feeling you left with! That is our goal and we are so happy to hear we have accomplished that with you!
