Albany Auto Repair

I was looking for an automotive repair shop who not only fixed the obvious, but informed me of possible pending issues that would need to be taken care of. Someone who cared about the workmanship they were providing at a reasonable price. I believe this shop meets my needs.

Taking our Jeep Wrangler on a long distance trip; over 2,500 miles. The vehicle has been virtually problem free since owned 8 yrs. now. Had staff check it out and a number of problems were found that could have been disastrous on our trip; leaking water pump, worn out ball joints, etc. Had everything repaired and we can now travel in confidence that our vehicle has been repaired and checked out by competent staff. Been taking at least 6 family cars & pickups to Crabtree for over 15 years and have never been dissatisfied with their service; a great family owned and operated business.

Every thing was very Good .There is one thing I wish that that you would clean the car inside and out when it came in it be serviced

I am very impressed by the service attitude of Crabtree Automotive. I dropped by without scheduling an appointment to see about getting a light bulb replaced in a tail light and in the dome light. They took care of it right away and did not even charge me anything. Ever since then I have been going to Crabtree and I have never been unhappy with the work they did or the cost of the service. I just hope that Devon stops hurting himself so that he is around longer :)
