I didn't have an appointment and it was a Friday. I was in a rotten spot, and they helped me out by fitting me in and resolving the problem.

I enjoy the wonderful customer service that Crabtree has....the staff will help customers in anyway then can and are always friendly....

I have said it before and I will say it again, you will not receive better service anywhere near Albany than you will at Crabtree Automotive. Bar none, service at it's finest. On top of it, from appointment number one, they treat you like family. You can probably find someone who will perform repairs and service cheaper, but you will never have the security of knowing the job was performed right, with a warranty, and honestly. Again, as I have said before, "if you are not using Crabtree Automotive for your vehicle service and repairs, you are missing out on top notch automotive care. Why play Russian roulette with your vehicles, schedule with Crabtree soon.

Staff is very friendly, acomodating and knowledgeable.

This was my first time with Crabtree Auto. They were recommended by a friend and I couldn't be more satisfied.They communicated with me about necessary repairs and prices. As a customer, I felt they truly appreciated my business.I recommended them to my daughter and son-in-law. We will be taking all our auto service and repair business to them.

Our Honda minivan was making a funny noise while braking. We brought it to Crabtree and it was quickly diagnosed as needing the front rotors machined. It was done promptly and it fixed the problem, at a price of about half of what the dealership had quoted. Very pleased with the service and staff. Thanks.
