How are we doing?

After years of having the toyota dealership check my car for its 6 months check, etc. I found this wonderful family owned business by asking the people at Possum, since I was new in town. What a wonderful experience - friendly, courteous, inexpensive and overall nice people. I am very happy to have found someone to take charge of my car's upkeep.

We have been very happy with the service of crabtree. They drop off and pick my husband from work and get the car done by the end of the day! They have been extra speedy on many occasions and they they truly care about their customers.

Just had some major work done on my old burb Betsy and she runs like a dream!..I've been having our cars serviced and repaired at Crabtree for over 20 years. Prompt service and no surprises after the estimate. If there's an issue I get a call from Tim or Devin and advice as to what to do. I trust their work as their techs have the most up to date equipment and knowledge. They take care of my newer Honda and my older Suburban and keep them running like a top. Their front counter folks are always prompt and courteous. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Thanks guys and happy 2012!!

I have been a customer for over 10 years now and whether it's a scheduled maintenance or an emergency Crabtree Automotive has always been there for me and my family. Everyone at the shop is friendly and willing to make sure that everything is done properly and timely. I recommend them to anyone in need of automotive service.

While driving to work one day my truck was losing power and I feared that I wouldn't make it to work. A drive that usually takes 15 minutes took almost 30 and by the time I pulled into the parking lot at work, I was a nervous wreck!

I called Crabtree and told them how my truck was acting and said that I would bring it in the next morning if I made it home that night.

I got settled into work and a few minutes later, Rhonda from Crabtree called to say that Devin was on his way to Corvallis to see what he could do about my truck. Little did I know that they had made arrangements with my Dad to pick up his van and bring it to me so I would have transportation home. They drove my truck back to Albany to try to figure out what was wrong.

No where would you find this kind of service ... no where ... except at Crabtree Auto Repair! They are an incredible group of people and I am fortunate to call them friends!

Happiness is having an establishment that you can trust with your car maintenance. Soon after moving here I inquired as to who people were using - many suggested Crabtree so that's where I went - been totally happy with their customer service and so is my car!!!

The whole Crabtree Automotive family is friendly,very welcoming and helpful with what ever your needs may be.It was such a nice addition to the neighborhood and I will continue to give them my business as well as reccomendthem to others.They are also big supporters of the community,which is wonderful!So thankyou,from myself and my family!

We have been using crabtree for over a year now and have been very impressed by all service. They do nothing without talking to you first, they give options on how to save money and there employees are very polite and not judgemental when you are not mechanically inclined. Have since moved to Salem but still plan to use them for all my mechanical needs. Thanks!!
